Chemtrails Weather Modification and more

The U.S government and other governments around the world have had weather modification programs for a long time now. But I notice recently in the Midwest that these air force, government planes have been bombarding the skies non-stop with these chemtrails and other chemicals in the sky for a few months now. They send planes around the clock high in the atmosphere dropping these toxins without people's knowledge. The purpose is to change or modify the weather for their own purpose. Looking around and doing some research I realized that these chemtrail’s or chemicals that are dropped into the atmosphere  can cause more harm to the atmosphere, especially humans. With all the attention on Syria and its chemical’s SUPPOSEDLY being dropped on its citizens. When will this country address the chemicals being dropped right over Americans heads and definitely without their knowledge?
